Registrants and participants of camps, programs and special events permit HiTech Yeti LLC to take photos and videos of themselves and the participants for publication in the program brochure, website and to be shared with the parents of the participants so that they may see how the programs are going.

If you would like to opt out of any or all of the above then please send an email to: info@hitechyeti.com with the subject line “Photo Waiver - your last name”.

I understand that by checking “I Agree” and registering, I am acknowledging my AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE.

In exchange for the Student’s participation in the HiTech Yeti STEM Afterschool Program, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
a) I agree to waive all liability, of any kind, of HiTech Yeti LLC.
b) I agree that I will not commence or participate in any type of claim or lawsuit against HiTech Yeti LLC; and
c) I agree that I will completely indemnify and hold harmless HiTech Yeti LLC for any claims or lawsuits against HiTech Yeti LLC by any person or corporation, including the Student in his or her personal capacity or by any legal person on his or her behalf.
